"Morning Darren, My wee car is good as new again - many thanks. I wanted to mention that the customer service I experienced with August Panel & Spray is nothing like I have ever experienced before.  From the time Vero told me to give you a call the entire experience was extraordinary. I rang August Paint & Panel about an hour after Vero suggested you were a preferred provider and your office person already had the email from Vero and said no probs come in and you would take a look.  You sorted the repairs and provided a courtesy car - which was a unexpected bonus.  The job was turned around efficiently and your office person offered to hang around last night until I managed to get from the City to Petone.  Then to top it off I realised this morning the car has been cleaned for top to bottom. What is generally a frustrating process...was a pretty cool experience.  Additionally the quality of work is high. I have no hesitation in recommending August Paint & Spray - its was almost worth having the accident!
